World Motorcycle Day : Check out the list of Upcoming Yamaha Bikes in India 2020

For those planning to buy a new two-wheeler, check out the list to find out the upcoming Yamaha bikes/scooters in India and pick your favorite one for the year.
Yamaha FZ 25 & FZS 25
Yamaha launched FZ25 in India in 2017 at a sticker price of Rs 1.19 lakh (ex-showroom). With the advent of BS6 norms, the two-wheeler manufacturer is all set to give the bike an upgrade. The BS6 Yamaha FZ25 is likely to be priced Rs 5000 more than its BS4 counterpart. The top-spec S variant will be Rs 4000 - Rs 7000 more than the base BS6 model. Cosmetically, the motorcycle looks sharper as it gets a new front fascia. Design highlights include bi-function LED headlights integrated with LED DRLs and a new engine cowl. The FZS 25 will gets a couple of extra features that include a taller visor for better wind deflection, knuckle guards, and funky gold-painted wheels. Mechanically, it will be powered by a BS6-compliant 249cc fuel-injected, air-cooled engine that will churn out 20.8 bhp power and 20.1 Nm torque. The motor will be linked to a 5-speed transmission. Suspension duties will be carried out by the telescopic fork upfront and mono-shock at the rear end. The base model will be available in two color options namely Racing Blue and Metallic Black. While the top-spec S variant will come in three paint shades namely Green, White, and Blue.
Yamaha XSR 155
Yamaha has already launched XSR 155 in Thailand. In the International market, the bike is priced cheaper than the MT-15 and R15 V3.0. If launched in the Indian market, it is likely to be priced around Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom). In terms of design, it gets a retro bodywork along with an LED headlamp, an LED tail lights, and a circular digital instrument console. Under the shell, it is powered by the same 155cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor that is present in MT-15. The motor churns out 19.3 bhp power and 14.7 Nm torque, linked to a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. It shares its underpinnings with the Thai-spec MT-15 and R15 V3.0. Other highlighted features will include a delta box frame, a USD fork, a mono-shock, alloy wheels, and disc brakes on both ends.

Yamaha NMax 155
The 2020 Yamaha NMax 155 has already been unveiled in India. It is likely to be launched in the country towards the end of this year. Cosmetically, in the international market, the maxi-scooter features an all-LED headlamp and tail light. Other features comprise of a full-digital instrument console with smartphone connectivity. It also gets a new update in the form of a Traction Control System, a first for a scooter in this segment. Mechanically, the international-spec model is powered by a 155cc engine with the Variable Valve Actuation that produces 15.36 bhp of maximum power output and 13.9 Nm of peak torque. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and twin gas-charged shock absorbers towards the rear. In terms of brakes, it gets discs brakes at both the ends along with dual-channel ABS as an option.

Yamaha MT 03
Yamaha has already unveiled its sports naked MT 03 globally. It is all set to launch in the Indian market. The motorcycle is likely to be priced in the range of Rs 3.3 lakhs - Rs 3.5 lakhs (ex-showroom). It is basically the naked version of the Yamaha YZF-R3 that was launched in India recently. Design highlights include dual LED position lamps and an LED headlight as well as revised bodywork. In terms of feature highlights, the bike gets a fully-digital LCD instrument cluster. Mechanically, it is powered by a 321cc parallel-twin motor that produces 43 bhp power and 29.5 Nm torque. The motor is linked to a 6-speed transmission. The same engine also powers the Yamaha YZF-R3. Braking duties are taken care of by a 298mm disc upfront and a 220mm disc towards the rear, with dual-channel ABS being offered as standard.
