Triumph Motorcycles India to Increase Prices of BS6 Models After July 2020
Triumph Motorcycles India has decided not to hike prices of its BS6 compliant motorcycles until July 2020 in the country. It was one of the very few motorcycle brands in India to upgrade its portfolio to BS6 emission levels from January 2020 onwards, which was well ahead of the Govt deadline. In addition, the company has decided to extend the warranty period & Extended Warranty (EW) for bikes whose warranty expires between 20th March–3rd May, 2020 till 30th June 2020. The brand is also planning attractive finance options for its customers.
The warranty of the bikes will also not be affected due to delay in periodic maintenance in this lockdown period provided the customers get the vehicle serviced within the next 30 days of the lockdown opening. The company has clarified that it has already sold its BS4 stock and it has not a single BS4 bike left unsold. Triumph’s Bonneville range, which is also its highest selling, is already available in BSVI variants; this includes the Triumph Bonneville Street Twin, the Bonneville T100, Bonneville T120 and the Bonneville Speedmaster. The company has deferred the price hike of these models while dealerships across the country are working remotely and enquiries on current and upcoming models can be made by calling Triumph customer care on 1800-1020-104.
